How much will the new site cost?
Stahls' is committed to providing free graphic design and production tools for your business. Our mission remains the same with DecoHub®.
Will the old site continue to be available?
Yes, the old site will continue to be available for at least 60 days after the migration. You will be notified via email about the exact date the old platform will be taken down.
Can I still use VectorCUT?
Yes, both VectorCUT 2 and VectorCUT 3 are supported on the new site. Simply export your design in the correct format for each, then open in VectorCUT. The VectorCUT 2 format is .pltx and the VectorCUT 3 format is .vcut
Will my account automatically work on the new site or is there a manual migration process required on my end?
Your current login credentials will work on DecoHub and all your saved files will be accessible. IMPORTANT: any file opened and SAVED in DecoHub Designer WILL NO LONGER BE ACCESSIBLE in Designer 2.2. If you’d like your files to continue being available in Designer 2.2, open the file in DrawMate and save a copy. This will ensure the original file continues to be available in the old designer. All your custom fonts and color palettes will be available in DrawMate as well.
How can I save or back up my current designs?
While backing up your current designs is not a requirement for the migration, you have always had the ability to export your designs in the following formats: .pdf, .plt, .pltx, .svg, .cadx, .vcut, .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png and .tiff files. *text will be converted to curves when exporting vector formats.
What file will be compatible with the new app?
DecoHub supports the following file formats when importing: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .psd, .gif, .ai, .psd and .svg.
